I cannot believe how terrible and horrible is this office. No good service, I lost money on packages that I paid for and did not get and my mailbox is empty, I am getting nothing. Not to mention the phone service, it is all a lie no matter how many times you schedule for re-delivery or what so ever and your stuffs are sent back again to the shipper!! really disappointed. Bad, too bad
When I'm outside and the postal lady who was on her phone not paying attention walks up to me with a package that was a completely different number and a freaking street name. I look at it and tell her this is not mine. She's says in a confused manner" Oh that's not yours"? I point to the address, she grabs the package and walks away. How the eff do you survive in this world if you can't read an address correct ver and over again? I have another package that said they attempted to deliver and left a notice. Where's the notice? Did you get the rumbles and use it as TP? Because I don't have it. I'm in a freakin gated community and the package doesn't require a signature. Put the package in one of the many big boxes at the bottom of the mailbox. Ya know the one for oversized packages. I'm about to literally go postal on a postal work......
Tried contacting by phone for three hours. Phone was always busy. Tracking said attempted delivery occurred while I was home. Door bell never rang and did not find anything indicating an attempted delivery was made and nothing was left on the mail box.
Hate to complain- but this is getting ridiculous. Gettin wrong mail about once a month. Yesterday wrong mail again. Took mail up to post office. Asked to see manager. Man comes and I asked if he had a minute to go over my problem He answered ,"I'm busy and I'm here from Dade City ". Told him the problem, gave him the mail to deliver and he said @I'll put a note on carriers box. Guess what today again with wrong mail. So up I go tomorrow with the other person's mail and I wont be so nice.For the holidays for their pensions they are stupid
I have a business and have been not receiving my mail for almost a month now and I am so fed up with this post office and the carrier. I mean really my neighbors are gone and their mailbox has no numbers on it. Just 100ft away is my mailbox and plainly states my address. But for some stupid lazy reason the carrier can't even get it right. Ugh so fed up with these people. They could care less if we get our mail or not. Called and the line is busy once again. Guess I am going to go up there and put in the stupid carrier complaints.
