Loved the staff very welcoming especially the beautiful red head (Jacqueline, I think is her name) at the front desk so kind and charming.
After a terrible experience at another hotel the night before this place was such a refreshing experience. The attendants were super nice, and the room was cozy.
I wish I could say much more but it's a place to spend the night and it got the job done.
We booked this room through Booking. When we got there they had no knowledge of our reservation. Luckily they had one room because we were about to have a hurricane and we were under evacuation at our house. We stayed here because it was close to work. After the hurricane they had no electricity and apparently no back up generator. The stair ways were totally dark. We had to leave immediately due to no electricity and being on the 3rd floor. Most the staff seemed very nice though. They made the best of a bad situation and still brought out food for the guests.
My dog was very happy and adjusted to her new surroundings very quickly without issue.
The bed was definitely one of the more comfortable ones I've slept in.
We have been here since the beginning of the month, it is a wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing. Everyone has been nice and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is good. There is always coffee to drink in the lobby. It is very clean. I would stay here again if I needed a place to stay.
I would definitely spend another night here in the future, but especially if you've got a lot of bags or bring your pets with you, I would recommend spending a little bit extra and upgrade to a suite as the standard rooms can be a bit cramped.
Its really nice, I just haven't had a chance to stay there I would in the future though.
