The level of card that I continue to receive from Florida Hospital of Zephyrhills is the kind of care I would expect from Walter Reed, The Mayo Clinic or Harvard Medical. The medical community is outstanding in all specialties. The staff are phenomenal. The. Nurses provide the highest quality of care and their devotion to their vocation is so apparent that you know if have to admitted to such a facility you are in the best of care. The supporting staff of clinical nursing assistance, medical technicians, nutrition, house keeping combined with sophistical information technology exude the devotion for providing the best in medical care that can be offered. The bonus for me is that I live 5 minutes from the facility

My husband tripped and fell backwards a few days ago and was taken to FHZ against our wishes by paramedics who told me due to the injury he needed to be assessed immediately. This was our 3rd time here, we never had a good experience here, don't care for the place. We have Lived in the area for 15 years and learned after the first and second time there, this place did not offer quality care. Up until my husband had his ct he was in pain but not like he's experienced since then. He was immobilized for 2 hours up up till the ct tech an older man, flat top, lots of gawdy jewelry, who so rudely explained to My husband that if he couldn't get up and move his self to the table because he didn't have help he would just send him back to the ER where he could set and wait. You sir have caused my husband a more severe injury by making him move himself then he would have if you would have done your damn job. Despite numerous complaints to several staff we have not been given the courtesy of hearing the outcome. What you may not know is my husband works in radiology as well in a very reputable hospital, he knows if you were to take him back to the er without him refusing his scan you would be delaying patient care, which in a reputable hospital you would have been immediately fired, your actions and what you done was completely unforgivable.
In the ER they are quick to triage and don’t leave you feeling abandoned. Nice place, but lost a start because the WiFi wouldn’t work right.
This was the best hospital I have ever went to in my whole life it felt more like a home. I gave birth to my son and had around the clock help and the most patient sweetest nurses I have ever encountered. Sarah was assisting me through my whole labor Amber was up until 3 teaching me how to breast feed Vanessa Susan and Ashley were just so pleasant to be around. I have never ever remembered a nurses name in my life they were incredible and Dr Weiss made my labor so easy and fast as well as dr.russo. They all treated me and my huge family so sweet and hospitable. They even gave me and my husband a steak dinner and the best goodies on our way out!!! We love them and they made me have the best experience ever!!!
