Took my truck to Bob's because it wasn't running right. Bob's diagnosed it, installed a part and informed me that my truck was repaired. On the way home I felt the truck doing the same thing it was doing when I dropped it off but thought maybe it was something to do with the fuel filter I had them install. On the way to work the next morning my truck started doing the same thing that I had taken it to Bob's for. I called and informed Mike that the problem still exists. I needed my truck and couldn't drop it off until the following week, so I started looking online for a solution and end up figuring out the problem and fixed it. I once again called Bob's and informed Mike that I repaired the truck and what I did. I agreed to pay for diagnostic time, even though they misdiagnosed it, but felt that I shouldn't have to pay for the part. I informed Mike that they could put the old part back on. (Just a plug-in part) Mike stated that the part had a core and he thought it was no longer there and would find out what they could do. No call back and refuses to make their misdiagnosed repair, right. I thought I found a go-to spot for repairs but I could never afford to pay someone to guess with parts and then tell me that the vehicle is repaired, when it's not. These business practices will catch up with them...
Was very pleased with the service today. Also keeping me informed without having to call up there that was appreciated. This experience was way better then the last time I was there.

I went there because of the good reviews. They're really not very friendly. My car wasn't riding correct. Had a shimmy. They told me I needed 2 new tires. That took all day (literally, and I had an appointment). Was very expensive and the car still rides the same...bad.
I got my ac done from them and i am now floating in my passanger seat. They did the evaporator core. Then my ac still didnt run they had to get two ac lines. And now that a month has passed its floating the hole front passanger floorboard. I doubt they will do anything now. Even tho its clearly something they've done.
